President, SoundVision Productions, a Berkeley, CA based, multi-award winning non-profit media production company whose productions include The DNA Files, and The Really Big Questions.  SoundVision has won two Peabody awards, the Alfred I. duPont-Columbia University award, American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Journalism award, and numerous other journalism and broadcasting awards. 2002-present

Attorney Advisor and Board Member, We Care Solar, Inc.  We Care Solar is a Berkeley, CA based non-profit promotes safe motherhood and reduces maternal mortality in developing regions by providing health workers with reliable lighting, mobile communication, and blood bank refrigeration using solar electricity. 2011-present
